Koi – A Standout 3D Sign With Elegant Interior Graphics

Our client Koi, Spice Craft & Whiskey wanted a freestanding 3D sign to sit on the nib wall at the front of his restaurant.

There are big challenges with a sign like this. We had to design and build it strong enough to withstand people leaning against it and children climbing on it. There needed to be an internal structure for this as it would have been unappealing with gussets and braces outside the letters. We also had to find a way of discretely mounting the letters to the top of the nib wall.

Our sign fabrication team hand crafted this sign from aluminium and acrylic, and then finished it in an automotive 2 pk paint. The result is a beautiful 3D Sign that welcomes client into this fantastic restaurant.

To enhance the dining experience, once inside visitors are surrounded by beautiful environmental graphics in the form of custom printed wallpaper graphics and an unique grid like illuminated feature wall made with an aluminium frame set back into the wall with suspended polycarbonate graphic lightbox panels.
